RESOLUTION 837-70
ACCEPTING THE LOW RE-ADVERTISED BID FOR SEWER
LATERAL INSTALLATION FRDM S.T.H. 24 TO SERVE
DANDILION PARK
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has rejected
all previous bids for sewer lateral installation from S.T.H.
to Dandilion Park, and
WHEREAS, the re-advertised bids opened on February 19, 1970,
were as follows:
Schroeder Plumbing, Inc. $ 7,380.00
L & R Construction Co. , Inc. 12,400.00
DeBelak Brothers, Inc. 12,950.00
and,
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
low bid of Schroeder Plumbing Co., Inc. be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Schroeder Plumbing
Co., Inc. in the amount of $7,380.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and the Mayor are
hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of the City
of Muskego.

THIS CONTRACT made the 29 day of 1970, by - i
and between SCHROEDER PLUMBING COMPANY, INC. hereinaft called the
"Contractor" and the CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, hereinafter called
the "Owner" or "City".
WITNESSETH, that the Contractor and the Owner for the con-
dition stated herein agree as follows:
ARTICLE I, SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor shall perform
everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish
all of the labor, materials, necessary tools, equipment, and all
utility and transportation services required to perform and complete
in a workmanlike manner all the work required for Project No. MSS-
I-CM-70 in the City of Muskego, al I in strict accordance with the
plans and specifications including any and all addenda, which plans
and specifications are made a part of this contract, and in strict
compliance with the Contractor's proposal and the other contract
documents herein mentioned which are a part of this contract and the k
other documents constituting a part thereof.
ARTICLE 11, THE CONTRACT PRICE. The Owner shall pay to
the Contractor for the performance of this Contract, subject to any
additions or deductions provided herein in current funds, the amount
set below each branch or class of work or the amount of the general
proposa I .
PRICE: $7,380.00
Payments are to be made to the Contractor in accordance
with and subject to the provisions embodied in the documents made
a Dart of this contract.
ARTICLE Ill. COMPONENT PARTS OF THIS CONTRACT. This con-
tract consists of the following component parts, all of which are as
fully as part of this contract as if herein set out verbatim, or, if
not attached, as if hereto attached:

5. Specifications, including Addenda Numbers

In the event that any provision in any of the above com-
ponent parts of this contract conflicts with any provision in any I
other component parts, the provision in the component part first
enumerated above shall govern over any other component part which .
follows it numerically, except as may be specifically stated.
