AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ADDRESSOGRAPH MACHINE
WHEREAS, the City Clerk-Comptroller has advised the Finance
Committee that there is a need to purchase one Model 6441
Graphotype for City use, and
WHEREAS, quotation received indicates total cost to be $2,826.55
minus $100.00 less trade-in value for Model 4, and
WHEREAS, said machine will be needed for the setting up of
additional utilities with rent being paid by each utility to
the City,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City purchase one Model 6441
Graphotype in the amount of $2,726.55.
