RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADVANCE OF UP TO
$47,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND, UNAPPROPRIATED
SURPLUS, ACCOUNT 11292, FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PURCHASING IDLE ISLE a *
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego, on December
23, 1969, adopted a resolution authorizing the exercising the
the option to purchase Idle Isle Beach, and
WHEREAS the purchase price contained in the option was $48,000.00,
and
WHEREAS, the earnest money paid was $1,000.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the advance of up to
$47,000.00 from the General Fund, Unappropriated Surplus,
Account 8292, for the purpose of purchasing Idle Isle Beach.
