RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A SPECIAL ELECTION
ON A $605,000.00 CITY HALL BOND ISSUE. e
WHEREAS, the Common Council has adopted an initial * Resolution declaring its purpose to raise $605,000.00 for the
purpose of erecting and constructing a City Hall in and for said
City by issuing general obligation bonds of the City for that
amount.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego that the City Clerk shall call a special election to be
held on the first Tuesday of April, 1970, for the purpose of sub-
mitting the question of bonding the City for such purpose and
for such amount to the electors thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the official referendum
ballot shall state the question as follows:
"Shall the City of Muskego issue general obligation
bonds, in an amount not to exceed $605,000.00, for
the purpose of erecting and constructing a City
Hall in and for the City of Muskego."
