RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF
INITIAL RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, an initial resolution has been introduced and
read at a regu I ar meeting of the Common Counc i I of the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk of
the City of Muskego is hereby directed to publish the following
notice in the official city newspaper as a Class II notice under
Ch. 985, Wis. Stat. prior to March IO, 1970, the date of a next
succeeding regular meeting of the Common Council.

Pursuant to Sec. 67.05(3) Wis. Stats., notice is herewith e given that the fol lowing in it ial resolution was offered and read
at the regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin, on February 10 , 1970, and said
initial resolution is now pending before said Common Council;
INITIAL RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, borrow,an amount not to exceed the sum of $1,500,000.00
by issuing its General Obligation Coupon Bonds for the purpose of
the construction of sewers and drains in and for said Citv.
