RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM
ACCT. 8292 UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS, TO MUSKEG0
UTILITY REDEMPTION FUND
WHEREAS, Ordinance $1128, the Mortgage Revenue Bond
Ordinance, requires that the sum of $18,095.00 be placed in
the special redemption fund established by said ordinance to
meet the payments required for the year 1969; and
WHEREAS, a transfer of funds is necessary to meet
the requirements of said ordinance for the year 1969.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of
$9,990.00 be transferred from Account $1292, Unappropriated
Surplus, to the Muskego Utility Special Redemption Fund.
Passed and approved this 10th day of February, 1970.
