DENYING THE APPLICATION OF JOHN PODGORSKI
TO REZONE A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND
IN SECTION 9
IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego .does hereby affirm the recommendation of the City
Plan Commission to deny the application of John Podgorski,
dated December 10, 1969, to rezone a parcel of land from
RS-2 to B-1 in Section 9 in the City of Muskego.
