APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR RESCUE SERVICE
MEREAS it is necessary for the City of Muskego and the Tess
:orners Volunteer Fire Department to enter into an agreement
Jhereby the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department will supply
rescue service to the City of Muskego,
I'HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
)f Muskego does hereby approve of a contract between the City
If Muskego and the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department.
3E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said contract will remain in effect
Inti1 February 15, 1971 and that the Mayor and the City Clerk
le authorized to execute the contract in the name of the City.
