RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF
INITIAL RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, an initial resolution has been introduced and
read at a regular meeting of the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the
City of Muskego is hereby directed to publish the following
notice in the official city newspaper as a Class 11 notice
under Ch. 985, Wis. Stat. prior to February 10, 1970, the
date of the next succeeding regular meeting of the Common
Council.
OFFICIAL NOTICE OF INITIAL
RESOLUTION OFFERED AND READ
Pursuant to Sec. 67.05(3) Wis. Stats., notice is
herewith given that the following initial resolution was
offered a.nd read at the regular meeting of the Common
Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin
on January 27, 1970, and said initial resolution is now
pending before said Common Council:
INITIAL RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, borrow an amount not to exceed the sum
of $605,000.00 by issuing its General Obligation Coupon
Bonds for the purpose of erecting and constructing a city
hall in and for said City.
