BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all full time employees of the City
of Muskego shall receive the following fringe benefits for the year 1970.
(a) Vacations
1 week after one year
2 weeks after two years and up until five years service starting
the sixth year one additional day vacation will be earner per year.7.
(b) Sick Leave - Sick leave shall be paid from the first day and
accumulative to no more than 120 days.
(c) Death in Family - All full time employees shall receive two days
off with pay upon the death of a spouse, child, brother, sister,
parent or mother or father-in-law. e (d) Jury Duty - In case an employee is called for jury duty, the City
will pay the employee the difcerence between jury duty pay and
that pay normally paid by the City.
100 per cent. The City will pay for the cost of $8,000.00 group
life insurance. Each full-time employee will be provided with a
between Lincoln National Life Insurance Company and the City of
Mus keg0 .
(e) Insurance Benefits - Blue Shield insurance to be paid by the City
x variable annunity retirement plan in accordance with agreement
(f) Holidays - Paid holidays shall be: New Years Day, Good Friday
afternoon, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Eve afternoon, Christmas Day and the day after
Thanksgiving.
