RESOLUTION COMMENDING STATE SENATOR JAMES
DEVITT AND REPRESENTATIVE JOHN SWBAZ FOR
THEIR EFFORTS IN BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0
WHEREAS State Senator James Devitt and Representative John
Shabaz were asked to help promote a Legislative bill regarding
Assessment "B" Bond funding, and
WHEREAS this legislation was extremely important to the City
of Muskego in its financial program for community projects
and development, and
WHEREAS this imports-nt legislation, Chapter 119 - Laws of 1969,
Wisconsin Statutes, was passed due largely to their efforts,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Mayor and Common Council of the City of
Muskego do hereby extend thanks and commends State Senator
James Devitt and Representative John Shabaz for their efforts
in behalf of the City of Muskego in helping pass Chapter 119 -
Laws of 1969, Wisconsin Statutes.
