APPROVAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN LINCOLN
NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
FOR $8,000.00 GROUP LIFE INSURANCE FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYEES
a WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has previously contracted with Lincoln
National Life Insurance Company to provide a variable Annuity Re-
tirement Plan for full time City of Muskego employees, and
WHEREAS, the Lincoln National Life Insurance has in the past pro-
vided a $5,000.00 Group Life Insurance Plan, and
WHEREAS, a new plan in the amount of $8,000.00 has been provided
for in the 1970 Budget and has been approved in salary negotiations,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Lincoln National Life Insurance
Company to provide an $8,000.00 Group Life Insurance Plan for all
full time City of Muskego employees.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to execute the necessary documents to enter into such contract. A
