RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES BY BIRCH-GRISA-PHILLIPS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into the proposed
engineering services contract with Birch-Grisa-Phillips, Inc.,
a copy of which is hereto attached, and that the Mayor and City
Clerk be authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City.
