RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCLUSIVE LISTING CONTRACT
WITH JAMES T. BARRY CO., INC.
w BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into the proposed
listing contract with James T. Barry Co., Inc., a copy of which
is attached hereto,and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City.
