INC. - PART I I OF PROPOSAL.
WHEREAS, Ehlers and Associates, Inc. submitted a four-part
proposal to the City for providng financial planning and services to
the City, Part I of which was authorized by the Common Council and has e been completed; and
WHEREAS, Part II of said proposal provides as follows

3. Assist in the preparation of public information materials
including brochures, news releases, and visual aids bearing
on financing. c 4. Make available research, knowledge and experience gained
from a series of previous intensive voter surveys. (actual
voter surveys in the community are covered under Part IV -
Ancillarv Services)
In return for the services rendered under Part bi, the Company
shall be entitled to an additional fee of $500, which shall be
due and payable upon the successful authorization of the obliga-
tions unless the authorization requires an election or referendum
in which case the added fee shal I be $1,000. Should the project
be abandoned for any reason beyond this time, but before accept-
ance of a federal or state grant or loan, we shall be entitled to
no further compensation. For each failed election or failure to
proceed after other authorization procedures have been completed
we shall be entitled to a fee of $250.
