RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOW BID OF SCHROEDER
PLUMBING COMPANY, INC. To INSTALL SEWER
LATERAL TO SERVE PROPERTY ON
R.ICINE AVENUE (Jones)
WHEREAS, Resolution #126-69, adopted by the Common Council of
the City of Muskego on November 11, 1969, authorized the
necessary connection of sewer lateral to the Samuel Jones
residence at W180 S7953 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee had recommended that bids
be let for this project, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Schroeder Plumbing Co., Inc. $750.00
Gaffney Grading Co. 820.00
John Lang Trenching 850.00
Paul J. Kowalkowski 875.00
Ed Zidar Plumbing & Heating Co. 985.00
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low
bid as submitted by Schroeder Plumbing Co.,Inc. be accepted
by the Common Council,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the law bid of Schroeder Plumbing Co.
Inc. as submitted above, for the installation of sanitary sewer
latera.1 to serve the Samuel Jones residence at W180 57953 Racine
Ave., Muskego, Wisconsin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and the Mayor are
hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of the City
of Muskego.
