CCR1969135RESOLUTION # 135-69 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FURTHER ACTION ON ZONING AND BUILDLNG CODE VIOLATION (ELLERY) WHEREAS, the owner of the premises located at W163 S7935 Bay Lane Place is in apparent vblation of the pro- visions of the building code and of the zoning code of the City of Muskego in that an enclosed patio has been constructed on said property without a building permit, and that the footings therefor were not constructed as required by the building code, and that the patio together with the other building on the premises violates the twenty-five per cent floor area to lot ratio provision of the zoning ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proper City officials contact said owner to attempt to gain compliance with the applicable ordinances of the City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the matter cannot be satisfactorily disposed of within a reasonable time in the judgment of the Building Inspector, that the City Attorney is authorized to commence legal action to enforce compliance with the ordinances.
