GRANTING A PERMIT TO PAYNE & WLAN
TO OPERATE A PORTABLE ASPHALT
PLANT
WHEREAS, Payne 6 Dolan have requested permission to continue
to operate their portable asphalt plant at its present location
on Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission that
Payne & Dolan's requested be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant a permit to Payne & Dolan to
operate their portable asphalt plant at its present location
on Crowbar Road, said permit to expire December 1, 1970.
