TO REZONE A CERTAIN PARCEL 08
UND IN SECTION 24
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission to deny the petition of Samuel Kupec, dated September 12,
1969, to rezone a parcel of land in Section 24 from R-3 to B-4.
