APPROVAL OF EASEMENT BY WISCONSIN
ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY FOR MUSKEG0
LAKES COUNTRY CLUB

BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego accept the
easement as submitted by the Wisconsin Electric Power Company
under date of 30 October, 1969, which easement is for street
access to the Muskego Lakes Country Club across lands of the
power company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
w be authorized to execute said easement on behalf of the City
and that the Clerk return a duplicate original of said
easement together with a certified copy of this resolution to
-the power company. n
