ACCEPTING THE BID FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
SANITARY SEWER FOR THE CITY HALL AND
THE MUNICIPAL GARAGE
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee had authorized the City
Engineer to advertise for bids for the installation of
sanitary sewer for the City Hall and the Municipal Garage, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
Leo Neuman Plumbing Co., Milwaukee, Wis. $ 2,335.95
John Lang Plumbing Co., Muskego, Wis. 4,472.00
Edw. Ryan, Inc. , Milwaukee, Wis. 4,491.00
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the bids and has recomend-
ed to th e Common Council that the low bid of Leo Neumann
Plumbing Co., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Leo Neuman Plumbing
Co., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the amount of $2,335.95, for the
installation of sanitary sewers in the City Hall and the Municipal
Garage.
