AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR
THE COMPLETION OF CROWBAR DR. RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT
(As Amended)
WHEREAS, the reconstruction of Crowbar Dr., south of Highway "24"
to Parker Dr. was authorized by the Common Council by Resolution
fl154.68 in the amount of $32,490.00, and
WHEREAS, the project has just recently been completed, and
WHEREAS, it was necessary to spend extra funds for unantici-
pated tiling and the placing of culverts,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cormnon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the expenditure of $401.21 to
cover the extra cost of the placing of tile and culverts.
