'ION RECOGNIZING WISCONSIN COUNCIL OF
INING AGENT FOR POLICE DISPATCHERS.
AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES AS EXCLUSIVE
WHEREAS, the Dispatcher-Clerk employees of the City
of Muskego Police Department have filed a petition with the Wis-
consin Employment Relations Board asking that the Wisconsin
Council of County and Municipal Employees, AFSCME, AFL-CIO be
recognized as the exclusive bargaining representative for such
employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego
does hereby recognize the Wisconsin Council of County and Municipal
Employees, AFSCME, AFL-CIO as the exclusive bargaining representative
for the Dispatcher-Clerk employees of the City of Muskego Police
Department.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall send
a copy of this resolution to the recognized bargaining agent and
to the Wisconsin Employment Relations Board.
