AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SEWERS
FOR THE CITY HALL AND THE MUNICIPAL
GARAGE
WHEREAS it is necessary to connect the City Hall and the
Municipal Garage to the municipal sewer main, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Sec. 62.15 of the State Saatutes
all municipal construction projects that exceed the amount
of $1,000.00 must be let out for bids,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Engineer
to advertise for bids the sewer installation project for
the City Hall and the Municipal Garage.
