GRANTING WAUER GRAVEL COMPANY PERMIT
TO QUARRY GRAVEL
WHEREAS, Wauer Gravel Company has requested a permit to quarry gravel
on certain lands owned by them in Section 18, and
WHEREAS, the Muskego Plan Commission has recommended that a permit
be granted for the year 1969-70, to expire June 1, 1970,
subject to the receipt of a restoration bond in the amount of
$30,000.00 that will guarantee the completion of the proposed
restoration plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant to Wauer Gravel Company, an Extractive
Permit to quarry gravel in Sec. 18 for the year 1969-70, permit
to expire June 1, 1970. 6 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this permit is granted subject to the
receipt of a $30,000.00 restoration bond and the approval of the
City Attorney.
