DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS (Strobel)
BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with Ch. 10 (A)
of the Subdivision Control Ordinance of the City of Muskego
and upon recommendation of the Plan Commission, the Common
Council of the City of Muskego does hereby deny the request
of Mr. Jerome Strobel for legal lot status for Lots 7, 8 & 9,
Block 8, Oak Ridge Unrecorded Subdivision as the smaller
lots would not be compatible with the surrounding area.
