RESOLUTION DENYING CLAIMS OF
FRED AND DIANE CEBALLOS
WHEREAS, the claims of Fred;Geballos and Diane Ceba
his wife, having been investigated by the insurance carrier
the City; the said claims having been denied by said carrier
the reason for the denial being that the primary liability,
any, for the injuries and damages sustained by the Ceballos
upon Rock Construction Corp., Milwaukee, Wisconsin;

BE IT RESOLVED that said claims be and they hereby
are disallowed by the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution
be mailed to the attorneys for the claimants and to the City’s
