APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSAL AND AGREEMENT FOR
FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
BY EHLERS AND ASSOCIATES INC.
WHEREAS, the Common Council is contemplating future
community capital improvements,
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee deems there is a need
to retain professional financial consultants for the
future planning of the City,
WHEREAS, this study will encompass existing and potential
financial commitments of the municipality, it's economic
resources and other pertinent social and economic data
and analyze all available financing options for the
projects and recommend a finance plan designed to best
fit the resources and requirements of the City,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council
does authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
said agreement with Ehlers E Associates Inc., cost
not to exceed $ 1,OOO.OfJ Part I.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said agreement shall become
part of this resolution by reference.
