APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSAL AND AGREEMENT FOR REAL ESTATE
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH THE JAMES T. BARRY COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, the Common Council, deems there is an urgent need
to develope an industrial real estate land base for the City,
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends that the firm of
James T. Barry Co. Inc., be retained to provide services
relative to these needs,
WHEREAS, Part I of said proposal will include all research,
opinions and recommendations for a fee not to exceed
$2,000.00 which shall be due andpayable upon presentation
of the oral report and delivery of the written report,
WHEREAS, Part I1 of said proposal does offer to the City
of Muskego on a continuing basis either as a consultant
or realtor (or both), provided there is mutual agreement
between the City and the James T. Barry Co. Inc., in respect
to adopting the recommendations made by said company and
constituting Part I of this proposal with fees or commiss-
ions consistent with the time spent in achieving intended
results.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk
be authorized to execute said agreement in behalf of the
City of Muskego.
