DETERMINATION OF LEGAL LOTS

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 3.04(4) of the Muskego
Zoning Ordinance, the Plan Commission has determined that
lots lying along Muskego Drive in Muskego Shores Subdivision,
Addition #l, are within the RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS, a replatting of certain land within the Muskego
Shores Subdivision, Addition #l and Rambo Subdivision has
been submitted for approval to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that necessary
variances be granted as requested by the subdivider on
Lots 1, 8, 9 and 10, Block 2 and Lot 8 in Block 1, after
necessary drainage easements have been secured.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that legal lot status be granted
to Lots 1, 8, 9 and 10, Block 2 and Lot 8 in Block 1 when
the necessary drainage easements have been secured and subject
to the proper replatting in accordance with the Subdivision
Control Ordinance of the City of Muskego and the Statutes
of the State of Wisconsin.
