GRANTING STATE SAND AND GRAVEL COMPANY
PERMIT TO QUARRY GRAVEL
WHEREAS, State Sand and Gravel Company has requested a permit to quarry gravel on certain lands owned by them in Section 18, and
WHEREAS, the Muskego Plan Commission has recommended that a permit
be granted for the year 1969-70, to expire July 2, 1970, subject
to the continuation and increase of their existing bond to the
amount of $60,000.00 which will guarantee the completion of
the proposed restoration plan.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant to State Sand and Gravel Company a
permit to continue their extractive operation in Section 18 for
the year 1969-70, permit to expire July 2, 1970.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this permit is granted subject to
the continuation and increasing of their existing bond to the
amount of $60,000.00 and the approval of the City Attorney.
