RESOLUTION #97-69
AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF TAX DELINQUENT LANDS
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego adopted
Resolution #87-69 on July 8, 1969, authorizing the expend-
iture of $3,504.82 for the purchase of tax delinquent land,
and,
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Treasurer has informed the
City Clerk that the amount that had been authorized does
not include the in rem action fees which are $389.62,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the additional
expenditure of $389.62 to cover the amount for the in rem
action fees.
