GRANTING PERMISSION TO TRANSPORT SEWER
EQUIPMENT OVER BEACH 111, MUSKEG0 SHORES
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, it is impossible for Mr. Joseph Davis, S70 W17739
Muskego Drive, to have the sewer connection made from the
lateral to his home without sewer installation equipment
being transported over Beach 111, Muskego Shores Subdivision,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that permission is hereby granted
by the Common Council of the City of Muskego to have sewer
installation equipment transported over Beach #l, Muskego
Shores Subdivision, in order to have the sewer connection
made from the lateral to his home.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if any damage results from
the transporting of equipment over the property known as
Beach #l, Muskego Shores, the cost to restore same to its
original condition shall be assumed by Mr. Davis.
