AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK AND ACTING MAYOR WOLLMAN TO
SIGN AND HAVE SERVED NOTICE TERMINATING TENANCY
WHEREAS, Edward V. Zidar has rented from the City of Muskego certain
barn and appurtenances owned by the City and located at W181 S8243
Racine Ave., Muskego, Wisconsin, said rental being on a month to
month basis from the first day of the calendar month to the succeed- @ ing first day of the calendar month at a rental of $10.00 per month.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk and Acting Mayor be authorized
to sign and have served notice terminating tenancy, as of JulyJl,
1969, to Edward V. Zidar, W185 S9547 Parker Dr., Muskego, Wisconsin.
