AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPAR'MENT
To PURCHASE HIGHWAY STRIPING MACHINE
* WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has determined that their
department is in need of a highway striping machine, and
WHEREAS monies have been appropriated in the Public Works
Budget for this particular equipment,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council does hereby
authorize the Public Works Department to purchase a highway
striping machine according to specifications as set up by the
Highway Superintendent at a cost not to exceed $1,000.00.
