AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF SEWER
EASEMENT OVER CITY LANDS TO SERVE
PROPERTY AT W180 S8140 RACINE AVENUE 0
'W BE IT RESOLVED that the City Engineer and the City
Attorney be authorized to prepare a sewer easement to extend
over City lands to serve the property at W180 S8140 Racine
Avenue; the easement to allow the connection of a sewer
lateral to the City sewer main on City property; easement
to be revocable and at no expense to the City,md subject
to the final approval of the Common Council. I
