DESIGNATION OF LEGAL LOTS

* WHEREAS Mrs. Marjorie Schmidt, owner of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1,
Bay Shore Hills Subdivision, has petitioned the Common Council
of the City of Muskego to grant legal lot status to these lots
in order to sell Lot 3 prior to the construction of sewer along
Woodland Place, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has recommended
to the Common Council that said lots be declared legal lots,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan Commission
and declares that Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Bay Shore Hills Sub-
division, are legal lots in accordance with Chapter X of the Sub-
division Control Ordinance.
