AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND
L. G. ARNOLD, INC.
(Project S-SUO355(3)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has agneed to permit L. G. Arnold
Inc., to stockpile topsoil removed from the right-of-way on
lands owned by the City, and
WHEREAS, said City does release the contractor and State of
Wisconsin of any claim arriving out of said stockpiling, and
WHEREAS, L. G. Arnold Inc., in consideration of this agreement
has offered to give to the City the remaining topsoil, level
said topsoil to the City's satisfaction and also remove all excess
soil from City owned lands,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be
authorized to complete said agreement in accordance with above.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
In consideration of remaining topsoil to be left and leveled
to our satisfaction, with any excess to be removed, to me
in hand by L. G. Arnold, Inc., receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, I, the owner of lands affected, release the
State Highway Commission of the State of Wisconsin and L. G.
Arnold Inc. of any claim arising out of stockpiling topsoil
moved from the right-of-way and left on my property for the
use of my property in the course of construction of the
Racine Ave., or Highway "Y" construction Project S-SUO355 (3).
