APPROVAL OF PROMISSORY NOTE FOR DELINQUENT
PERSONAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Section 12.01 (3)(c) of the Municipal Code of the City of
Muskego states that no licenses shall be granted to an applicant
by whom, or for premises upon which, taxes or assessments or other
financial claims of the City are delinquent and unpaid, and
WHEREAS Mr. Carl Bergmann, Sr., is the owner of a licensed premise
located at S66 W14475 Janesville Rd., and
WHEREAS Mr. Bergmann's personal property taxes were delinquent
for years 1965 thru 1968, and
WHEREAS Mr. Bergmann has paid to the City the amount due on personal
property for 1965 and 1966,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the attached promissory note,
signed by Mr. Carl Bergmann, Sr. for delinquent personal property
tax due the City of Muskego for the year 1967 and 1968.

PROMISSORY NOTE
