AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF USED VEHICLE
FOR CITY ENGINEER
rl) WHEREAS, the City of Muskego recently hired a full time City
Engineer, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for him to travel many miles a day during
the course of his work, and
WHEREAS, there had been no monies appropriated in the 1969 Budget:
for mileage for the City Engineer, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Public Works Committee
and the Finance Committee to purchase a 1965 Ford Econ Van for
$1,000.00 for use by the City Engineer,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the purchase of a 1965 Ford Econ 6 Van, to be used by the City Engineer, at a cost not to exceed
$1,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said money be taken from Acct. #602.4.9,
Contingency Fund.
