ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR SEALCOATING FOR THE

WHEREAS the Public Works Committee of the City of Muskego has
advertised for bids for sealcoating for the year 1969, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received on April 24, 1969:

MC-0-5 furnished and applied 0.1725 per gal.
RC-0-5 furnished and applied 0.1750 per gal.
Peneprime or tar, furnished & applied 0.2400 per gal.
Slurry Seal furnished & applied 0.1950 per sq. yd.
Pea Gravel furnished & applied,
excess picked up 5.15 per ton Chips furnished & applied, excess
picked up 5.40 per ton
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low
bid as submitted by Wolf Construction Co., Inc. be accepted by
the Common Council,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Wolf Construction
Co., Inc., as submitted above, for the 1969 sealcoating for the
City of Muskego.
