ACCEPTING LOW BID FROM PAYNE & DOLAN
FOR BITUMINOUS MATERIAL
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee of the City of Muskego 0 advertised for bids for bituminous concrete in accordance
with specifications as set by the State of Wisconsin, and
WHEREAS the following bids were received on April 24, 1969:
Wm. Beaudoin & Sons, Inc. $7.90 per ton
Payne & Dolan of Wis., Inc. 6.34 per ton
and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
low bid as submitted by Payne & Dolan of Wis., Inc. be accepted,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the bid of Payne & Dolan of
Wisconsin, Inc. for bituminous concrete at a cost not to ex-
ceed $6.34 per ton.
