DESIGNATION OF A LEGAL LOT

WHEREAS Mr. Raymond Wallner, owner of Lot 16 Block C, Hi-Y Ranches
Muskego to determine the legal status of the lot pursuant to
Section 10 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance.
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has, after
review of percolation tests, has recommended to the Common
Council that said lot be declared a legal lot,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and declare that Lot 16 Block C, Hi-Y Ranches Sub-
division, is a legal lot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Building Inspector is hereby
granted permission to issue a Building Permit to the owner of
said lot subject to compliance with all other ordinances of
Subdivision, has petitioned the Common Council of the City of
6 the City of Muskego.
