APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR BURROUGHS
BOOKKEEPING MACHINE
e WHEREAS the City of Muskego has recently purchased a Model F1433
Burroughs Sensimatic Bookkeeping Machine, and
-
WHEREAS a maintenance agreement can be entered into with the
Burroughs Corporation at a cost not to exceed $257.00 annually,
including parts and labor, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended such a maintenance
agreement could save the City from excessive repair bills, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute the necessary documents to provide a years maintenance
for the Burroughs Sensimatic Bookkeeping Machine, Model F1433,
recently purchased by the City at a cost not to exceed $257.00
annually, including parts and labor.
