ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR MUNICIPAL SEWER PROJECT MSS-3-69 e (Highway "Y" Sanitary Sewer Project)
WHEREAS the City Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for the
proposed sewer project for the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS the following bids have been received for Project MSS-3-69:

WHEREAS the Engineer of the City of Muskego and the Public Works
Committee has recommended that the bid fo; Project MSS-3-69 be
awarded to Rock Contractors,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby award the bid for the proposed Sewer Project
MSS-3-69 to the lowest responsible bidder, Rock Contractors,
$113,652.00.
9137 W. Lisbon Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the amount of
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and the Mayor are
hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of the City
of Muskego.
