ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF
ALYCE TALLMAN NEFF
1c The resignation of Alyce Tallman Neff as Municipal Justice of the City of Muskego having been tendered to the
City pursuant to a stipulation proposed by the said Alyce
Tallman Neff and John P. Buckley, City Attorney;
BE IT RESOLVED that the resignation of Alyce Tallman
Neff as Municipal Justice is hereby accepted effective March
31, 1969; that Resolution #212-68 passed by the City on the
30th day of December, 1968, is hereby repealed.
That the City shall pay to Alyce Tallman Neff the sum
of $365.00 as salary due for the months of January, February
and March 1969, and for the costs and disbursements of the
action instituted by the said Alyce Tallman Neff against the
City and in dismissal of the City's action against Alyce T.
Neff; that the City Clerk shall remit said sum to the said ' Alyce T. Neff at her business address.
