APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF FEDERAL FUNDS FOR
THE PURCHASE OF IDLE ISLE
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has sent a
request to the Common Council to proceed with acquiring the necessary
Federal and State funds for acquisition of the Idle Isle Beach
property, and
WHEREAS it will be necessary to obtain two satisfactory appraisals
on the property, and
WHEREAS the City Planner had advised the Plan Commission that the
necessary work may be completed with an expenditure not to exceed
$1,500.00,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor end City Planner to proceed
wiEh the necessary work to qualify for such Federal and State Funds 6 as may be available.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the necessary funds be transferred from
Acct. 8292, Unappropriated Surplus, to Acct. #602.049, City Planning,
not to exceed $1,500.00.
