DESIGNATION OF LEGAL LOT (Stefaniak)
WHEREAS Joseph Stefaniak, owner of property at S63 W17176
College Ave., in Section 3, has petitioned the Common
Council of the City of Muskego for variance from the
Subdivision Control Ordinance to create a substandard
lot, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission recommends approval of the
creation of this proposed lot,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby a.ccept the recommendation of
the Plan Commission and grants this variance as requested
upon submission of a certified survey map.
