DESIGNATION OF LEGAL LOTS
(As Amended)
Re: Mark Garry
e WHEREAS, Mark Garry, owner of property in Sec. 8 has petitioned
the Common Council of the City of Muskego to create two legal
lots from an existing lot at W194 S7418 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the property involved is in an area which will be
sewered within the immediate future, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego,has, after
review, recommended to the Common Council that said lots be
created and declared legal lots when sewer is available,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and does hereby grant legal lot status to these
lots in accordance with Section 12 of the Subdivision Control
~-
Ordinance.
