ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF BOSCH HARDWARE & IMPLEMENT
COMPANY FOR TRACTOR AND MOWER FOR HIGHWAY DEPARZMENT
WHEREAS the Public Works Coowittee of the City of Muskego has
determined that the Highway Deparbnent is in need of a new tractor e and mower, and
WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Muskego had authorized
the Public Works Committee to advertise for bids for the new
tractor and mower, and
WHEREAS monies have been provided for this particular piece of
equipment in the 1969 Budget, and
WHEREAS upon review of all of the bids received, the Public Works
Committee has determined that Bosch Hardware and Implement Co.
has submitted the lowest bid,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the bid of Bosch Hardware & Implement
Co. in the amount of $5,222.25, less $2,122.75 trade-in for IHC
Cub, plus $265.00 for a hydraulic mower, net cost to be $3,364.50.
